A substantially assembled Wooden Console Table may not qualify for a standard change of mind return if it cannot reasonably be returned in acceptable condition.

40. No Restocking Fee
Puzzlewdy does not charge a standard restocking fee for eligible authorized returns.
A reasonable adjustment may apply where legally permitted if a returned product has customer caused damage, missing components, missing hardware, missing accessories, significant modification, or another condition that materially reduces its value.
41. Return Authorization
Customers must contact Puzzlewdy before sending a return.
The published business address is not automatically the return processing address.
Customers should use only the return address and instructions specifically provided by Puzzlewdy.
42. Refund Processing
After an eligible return has been received, inspected, and approved, Puzzlewdy normally submits the refund within:

The customer's bank or payment provider may require additional time before the refund appears.

After an eligible cancellation has been approved, Puzzlewdy normally submits the refund within:

If the return is caused by a verified damaged product, defective product, incorrect product, or Puzzlewdy fulfillment error, eligible standard outbound shipping charges may be refunded where appropriate.
46. Exchanges
Puzzlewdy does not offer standard direct exchanges.
If you want another Wooden Console Table, finish, design, or variant, please return the original eligible product and place a separate order.
A replacement provided because of verified damage, defect, incorrect shipment, or missing components is not considered a standard exchange.
47. Refused Deliveries
Please do not refuse delivery simply because you changed your mind.
A refused shipment is not automatically an approved cancellation, authorized return, or approved refund.
Carrier return charges may apply where legally permitted.
